Default XJR restricted performance

Hello
X350 XJR 2004MY with 4.2sc engine. Old engine was running only on 7 cylinder so i bought working engine and swapped it. Im planning that when i get it working i will remap it and delete secondary lambdas and egr. But first i would need to get it work well.

Starts and idles well and works on normal driving, but when I rev it over 2200 it starts shaking and runs rough, also then i usually get message restricted performance. There is lots of fault codes. Here is list of them:
P0171 System too lean bank 1
P0174 System too lean bank 2
P1582 Flight recorder data is stored
P0300 Random misfire detected
P0305 Cylinder 5 misfire detected
P0307 Cylinder 7 misfire detected
P1313 Misfire rate catalyst damage bank 1
P1000 System check not completed since last memory clear

Also sometimes there is fault codes
P0301 Cylinder 1 misfire detected
P0303 Cylinder 3 misfire detected

I checked live data and fuel pressure on idle is 360 kpa and when driving it raises to 370-390 kpa. How much it should be?

And also little bit background info. I opened old engine and cylinder 7 piston was melted. Otherwise good engine. Injectors are old ones. Could they be cause to this problem?

Forget about the P1582 code, that's the easy one.
P0171,& 0174 indicates a possible dirty M A F sensor, if your lucky.
Otherwise your most likely chasing a vacuum leak.
Mine wound up being the eight rubber gaskets inside of the intake manifold.
The misfires, i would start by moving the coils, to see if the miss moves with the coil.
Or low fuel pressure, fuel injectors bad or plugged, or bad, spark plugs, bad coils. or ECM
P1313 indicates if you fix the above, it could go away.

So all these codes happened after the engine replacement? Did it run right after the replacement at all?

Otherwise, I agree. It could be a vacuum leak that is causing both banks to run lean. There is a small chance that if the vacuum leak goes away your misfires will go away too. But if not then coils and plugs.

Okay it might be vaccuum leak. I bought top end gasket kit but there is lots of gaskets missing (I used gasket glue)

It has been sitting long time until i bought it. And when i got it done it has been running that way.

It is just pain in a** to take apart supercharger and intake manifolds

I had P0171 and P0174 errors from the o rings on the small breather tubes. Check to see if these connections are dirty which would confirm a leak. Cheap repair at your local hardware store for me

Water in the fuel would be a different issue. Look for potential areas of vacuum leaks. They should be dirty and coated with dirt where air is drawn in. One approach may be to clean the area and you may find one or two areas that are particularly dirty and then search further. If you spray with a flammable liquid such as WD40 you will clean and if the idle changes you probably found the leak!

Good Luck

Don't rely on any idle change - you normally need a BIG leak for that to occur!

Use OBD to watch STFTs as you spray - they go mad if you hit a leak.

Might be helpful to say what STFTs are.
