hi all I bought from them the kit masks and I had little listening to them in the sense that when I paid 10 days I waited and then I sent an email to know at what point and shipping, I respond that it was sent. I asked who the courier and tracking number is and they never answered me. and their way of working do you have experiences here?

 

I've not heard anyone complain of them before...though I've never bought from them. I'd try emailing again.

 

Did you purchase directly, or through another site? I purchased mine through them on Amazon, and had zero issues, a fast response time, but I've never had to contact them directly. But to echo above, I haven't heard any prior complaints.

 

I've had problems as of late ordering from Mina's website it seems it takes days if not weeks to get a response. I've since stopped patronizing them.

I have bought on their site as a guest and I have not made any special requests, I can not explain their silence on the shipping info.

 

Last I ordered they were mum about shipping info and it just showed up.

I can understand the business choices, an example and my car and motorcycle tire supplier has not only phone but very slow mail in the shipments and cold in the answers, good products excellent prices
