Did you detach the sprocket from the camshaft? If not and if the chain is under tension, this tension will pull/skew the camshaft slightly when the cam caps are removed. This skew may cause jamming of the camshaft's front journal onto the head casting (at the front bearing) as the front camshaft journal has "side walls" that engage with very tight tolerance.

I would turn the engine back and forth by hand.
Maybe by rocking the cam it will break free?

ETA The cam must be removed parallel to the head. It might be tilted and jammed?

I'm using zip ties , sprocket in its place that's strange the flat camshaft lobe facing up there should be no tension ! It's beyond my knowledge any suggestions ?

mine had 153k when timing chain broke. Once chain is off and caps are all off it should come free. It won't just fall out. I used 2 long screwdrivers spaced 1/3 and 2/3 along cam, pried out 180 degrees. It may have some oil underneath that's causing a little friction. Don't pry on cam lobes!

Okay after installing the cam caps I turned the engine again the flat cam lobe face up i sprayed penetrating oil on all over the cam left it for about 2 hours . Then I removed the caps it was like stuck again but removable installed 3rd generation tensioner to my eye the exhaust camshaft have slight Bent but I'm not really sure installed everything back and start engine I would say there's slight more engine vibration than before when In neutral below 600rpm .

The camshafts are more likely to break than bend.

The cams are CAST and like RJ237 said..........The would likely BREAK before they would bend much.
The cam does NOT need to be in the timed position if you are going to 'zip-tie' the chain/sprocket.
The cam can be anywhere because it will be locked to the chain with the sprocket TIGHT.

Hopefully nothing fail in that engine it runs fine and smooth for its mileage when I removed the cam cover there was like crisp oil and dirty oil every where the previous owner didn't care that much for the engine . I will change oil and filter Every 2000 miles hope to keep it alive for long time .

time ist easy to clean the oil screen?
