I've ordered off website multiple times with no issue's. I think it was around $150.00 ish??? been awhile since last purchase. Sound great on a stock system.

I was just going by multiple vendors showing that model as no longer available, and the replacement looks to have a much deeper design, but hard to say if they still have any. I want to say there was something on their page that dated to 2014 but can't swear to it, and too tired to look it up atm lol. Would certainly be a good option for anyone if they can get some though.

Question Is the Tang Band W69-1436 dual voice coil?

The specs don't seem to indicate if the W69-1436 is a single or dual voice coil, and there's no photo from the rear. However one of the side photographs makes it appear that it may be dual voice coil. Any idea?

This is important to know since our OEM subwoofer is dual voice coil.

Default On there Website

"This Product Is No Longer Available"
Tang Band W69-1436 6"x9" Neo Subwoofer

"This item has been discontinued and will no longer be in stock. You may consider 264-837 instead".
Tang Band W69-1042J 6"x9" Subwoofer

The 264-837 is a 8 ohm speaker, and doesn't say anything about dual voice either.

It doesn't on the product page, but does show 4 ohm on the spec sheet, as well as a side view that does seem to show dual voice coils.

But, as you've seen, finding them now? Not so easy.

Ah, that one. Sorry about that. Does look DVC as well on the spec sheets (if you look into the basket from the side view, you can see both sets of wires heading to the cone), but it is only an 8 ohm speaker, and a 4" depth. So it MIGHT still clear, with the factory speaker ring, might need a tiny bit more clearance. A little lower range available, so it might still work well. Almost worth the 60 bucks to test though.
