Default Routing a wire to the trunk?

I am trying to mount a rear back up camera to my car and I need a way to route a wire from the back seat through to the trunk. What is the easiest way to go about this without drilling, and preferably without removing back seats.

I wired a 'backup' camera to my 2000MY XKR convertible.
No idea your MY

Safest passage would be rear seat out and through rear parcel shelf area.
