I have a lot of oil coming out of this breather pipe and after doing some research I found out that there’s normally a plastic piece that prevents the oil coming out with air that often falls or breaks. Is replacing the valve cover the only option. Is there anything that can be installed inline that someone can recommend. She’s my daily so I try my best to clean the intake, check my air filter and throttle body as it can gunk up pretty bad monthly. Any solution suggestions are appreciated thanks.
I believe that's an AJ27 as there's no vacuum chamber by the TB which the AJ26 uses for cruise control. Another easy check as you're looking in that area is looking at the coils, AJ26 only has 2 wires per coil, AJ27 has four.
It will help others to give you the most accurate replies if you include the year and model of your Jaguar in your post. Better yet, visit your User Control Panel and select Edit Signature to add the year, model and engine details to your signature so they show up in all of your posts.
The hose you circled is called the Full Load Breather Hose, and if it's just the Norma connector on the end of the hose that is not holding securely, you may be able to find a new hose. You can look up the part number at the site at this link:

If the Norma connector is holding securely but the hose is leaking, it is probably the O-ring in the fitting, which can be replaced, although it's a fiddly job.
It may be possible to install an oil catch can on your engine, but the first step would be to check for excessive crankcase pressure. The breather system is designed to maintain a slightly negative crankcase pressure, but when there are problems that lead to positive pressure, excessive oil can be blown out of the engine into the air intake.
It appears there is a metal baffle below the outlet for the full load breather - can't imagine how that would be dislodged or removed. If missing you should be able to source a used cam cover. If someone can provide a picture of the inside of the cover it should be simple enough to fabricate something like the original - not sure it's worth risking that detaching as the valve train/head isn't cheap.

If you have a lot of oil coming out of the full load breather, it’s because the part load breather is clogged on the drivers side valve cover. You have to *gingerly* (patience) remove the part load breather tube off the D/S valve cover and insert a 3/32” (from memory might be wrong) drill bit inside the hole to remove the coked up oil. Use needle nose vice grips to hold onto the drill bit.
