hey guys im getting the itch to work on my jag, im trying to locate this armrest to purchase and do a custom install. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated, thanks! Its also originally a x300 part I believe. Here is a ebay link to what im looking for but it is located in the U.K.

I wish I had one for you, what kind of custom install do you have planed? I passed up a sweet 7 series BMW with an armrest like that. The armrest wasn't the only reason, but the fact that without the phone(still in place) all you had was an armrest with a big hole in it didn't help. That handset reminds me of the Motorola bag phone I had in 1994 - Man I wish I still had my Miami Vice soundtrack.

 

I really shouldn't have said custom, but I'm planning to install a phone just like in the pictures but also have hands free capabilities as well. Since the cup-holders are pretty useless.

Anyone have a part-number for this armrest?

 

Heres some pics of what I have in my car, to generate some interest hopefully. I'm not a photographer the installation looks 100000x cleaner in person. The pictures make it look not so good IMO.

The seller in the eBay link you provided do ship to Germany.
He charges 24 Pounds for the shipping.
That would make 60 Pounds + 24 Pounds for the shipment.
A pretty reasonable price I would say.
You could ask him, if a shipment to the US is possible as well.
(Probably the same costs.)

If they won't ship to the US, my flight to FL will be in about 4 weeks.

Hmm... that would be a great place for a honkin' big ashtray! The stock one is pitiful. In fact, unusable due to position.

BTW, you might want to consider whether the phone is compatible with your intended cell carrier.
