Default I sold my '91 XJ40 for a 2012 Mazda 3

After spending $3000 in 15 months to keep it going, I sold my XJ40. I was at a point where I could still by a new car with the $$$ left in my "car account" or all if it could be spent with one more big repair for the XJ40. The XJ40 was a fun ride though. Thanks to everyone who helped out on diagnosing the problems it had.

Just because you have sold it, does not mean that you have to leave the party.

Stick around.

You are still welcome.

I give it 6 months with the Mazda. Once a Jaguar has bitten you, you're hooked!

good choice, the mazda 3 is a nice reliable car that is still pretty fun when pushed hard enough. TC

I love my Jag but I wish it would go zoom-zoom, right now it kind of goes Zzzzzz-Zzzzzz.

I think that the OP has 'Gone over the Hill in his Mazda'.

That was his last post around here.

The Jag was the ultimate cruising car but I don't miss having to get it fixed every four weeks. The Mazda 3 is fun.

I guess it's like trading a 52 year old wife for a 21 year old girlfriend. (NEWER MODEL?????)
