I'm far more familiar with other aspects of the car than the rats nest of interior wiring harnesses, etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction to resolve this noise coming from the speakers?
It speeds up as the engine does, OEM audio system was fine until today.
I put all dials to different balance etc it mostly comes from that side, though it may be playing audio tricks due to where you sit, and yes I thought maybe bad ground but there are so many and I hate removing panels.

Different car, an xk8, but this happened to me. It was water. Water had gotten into a multi plug in the door jam and I got a noise similar to that. A long shot. Had rains recently?
Under the Bonnet/Hood there is an 'Anti Crackle Box' that suppresses electrical noise from the Alternator (or something like that)
Have a look on Page: 40 of my 'Cherry Blossom' Restoration Thread and you will see a Photo of the suppressor box 'thingy' that I am talking about
It could be something to do with the Noise you are hearing, maybe a wire has come off it or something?
I'm not an electrical expert so I have no idea and didn't even know what that Box was for although it could be worthwhile Checking out, in case its that
A bad ignition condenser can have several effects on your car.
1. Heavy Static in the Radio
If the condenser is not able to hold a charge, there will be significant sparking inside the ignition system. The electric charge and the magnetic interference that it creates will cause a significant amount of static in your radio. Stations that you can normally here clearly will now be very difficult to make out and will cut in and out sharply. Since the sparking only happens when the engine is turned on, the radio will work normally when the engine is off and only the battery is functioning. Once the car starts again, the static will resume.
I haven't experienced this myself, but the noise in your video doesn't sound like static; it sounds like it could be happening at the frequency of one spark plug firing. Perhaps a spark is jumping to ground from a faulty plug lead or other ignition system issue?
Does it happen when the engine is not running?
Does anyone happen to know which wires are for speakers in this rats nest?
My stereo noise is something IN here as smacking the unit makes the popping stop until I hit a bump, so far only rear passenger side speaker does it.
The group where the orange wire is. Should be 8 wires (4 speakers). Other group is your power/ground/accessory on/antenna (or power on..used for power ants or to turn on an amp) and constant i think.
Sounds to me like you might have a microcrack in a solder joint. I had that in an ABS module on a V12 Vanden Plas and a touch with the soldering iron to reflow the solder cured it. I'd trace those wires back to where they join the board and try remelting the solder.

I suspected something like that, similar issue on my old cell phone just baked the board in my oven at 500? F for a specified time and it was enough to soften the solder and get the phone working long enough.
My trip computer could use a 'reflow' as well. Similar sporadic issues
*disclaimer do not bake electronics the fumes are toxic.
Oh lol no you pull the circuit board and zap it for 10 mins or so, it can be enough to get emergency use of a component, say if your phone is linked to all of your accounts and without it your screwed.
When I came to fit a new Stereo in both of my Cars which I had never ever done before they came with a very useful Wiring diagram which made the job dead easy and since many of these Stereos seem to be all wired up the same, if you have a look at the diagram in this Thread of mine
You should easily be able to identify the Colours of what Speaker Wires go where

I'll leave that to the real Experts 'Greg and Grant' who have forgotten more about Jags than I will ever know, as without their help my Car would still be in the Garage gathering dust!
