Calvin

You pull back the chrome collar on the front end of the door armrest and undo the lage pozi headed bolt you find underneath. You unscrew the courtesy light chrome plate from the front inner edge of the door. You undo a chrome screw you will find on the bottom inner edge of the door card by the oddments bin on the card.

Then carefully prise all round the door card from top front, along the bottom, and up the rear edge, popping out the pop fixings. Then, holding the card by the armrest, jerk it upwards sharply, which disengages the card from the door top, and also the metal piece fixed on the inside of the card by the armrest, which hooks over the metalwork of the door centrally.

When putting it back, if you do not get this central piece properly engaged, the door card will not be solidly fixed and will 'give' when you pull the door closed.
