In the members Marketplace, There is a older ad for a Headliner for your model. Dated 05/21/2020 in California.

Thank you

@ Greg in France: I emailed them and they responded that they did not know which one of theirs will fit my car.
They wanted me to measure the old glass run channel, glass thickness and length of channel which I did, but never heard from them again.

Seems like Brake buster has the channels that I need. I am in contact with him.

Also, I have bitten the bullet and ordered a new headliner board from Jag Headlinings in the UK. It is already covered and comes with extra material to cover the trim panels.
Cost: 150 pounds but 225 pounds for shipping. Costly, but now my car will be complete. It is slated for shipment tomorrow. (Friday)
Should be here for Christmas. Will post pics when it arrives.
Cheers.

When I was searching for a door for my 94 I found a 1985 at Pick=a-Part.
I also needed a headliner but the 85 had a sun roof or I would have tried to use it.
Eventually I bought a complete 94 that was wrecked but had lots of good parts to swap.
The headliner needed recovering which a local upholstery shop did for $85.

I ordered a new headliner from Myrtle Limited in the UK last Thursday (Dec 3) and it arrived at my home on Tuesday(Dec 8) The headliner came already covered, with extra material
to cover the trim pieces. I installed it yesterday and it was a perfect fit. All of the holes for the sunvisors, rear view mirror and dome light were precut and lined up perfectly. It is made of fiberglass using a process that allows you to gently fold it to get it into the car without removing the front seats. (recommended 1/4 inch foam to bare metal prior to headliner installation)
@ Greg in France: Thank you. I contacted Woolies Trim in the UK and they finally started to communicate with me. (change in personnel) They are sending me 3 different samples of glass run channels based on the measurements I gave them. I paid 8 pounds for the shipping which will be deducted from the cost of whichever glass run channel I choose.
I took some pictures of the new headliner. I will post them in a couple of days.

I put a Myrtle fibreglass headliner in mine too, absolutely great. Still perfect after 10 years.

I would recommend Myrtle to everyone who wants a headliner. I had mine sent Air Freight via DHL so it cost a lot more. It could be shipped via UK Post for much less than I paid but it will take a while to get to the US.
My Glass Run Channel samples came in today via DHL. A refundable shipping cost (8 pounds) if I purchase the Glass Run Channel from Woolies.

UPDATE:
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL:
As mentioned in Post #10, I received my headliner from Myrtle Limited and I installed it in the car. It came covered with extra material for all the trim pieces. Good job Myrtle.
Greg in France also gave me a lead for the glass run channel for the XJS.
I contacted Woolies Trim in the UK and they sent me 3 samples.
For those who are interested:
Woolies Trim:
SKU: 319 - Large Universal Window Channel.
I purchased 5 meters for 16.65 pounds and paid 16.95 pounds for Air Freight (DHL) The channel arrived 3 days later and was a very good fit.
The only adjustment I had to make was to the adjustable outer channel. I had to move it to its outward limit.
I will post some pics when I resolve my camera issue.
Thank you Greg in France.

Replacing them is quite a project IIRC from taking a parts car apart. You will have to take the windows out (or let them drop down) to get to the multiple small screws attaching it to the door from the inside.

If your headliner shell is in good condition you can take it out (carefully) and match the color up at an upholstery shop. If the shell is rough you may need to glue it with a heavy duty resin. No one makes an aftermarket model that I know of.
