xjs convertible How remove inside latteral rear seats cover ?

Dear All, could someone explain how to remove, in a xjs convertible, the latteral Inside cover, close to the rear seat to reach the quarter glass regulator ? Thanks

It will have a screw or press stud on the top rear near the window and 3 press studs (unseen) along the door side. It should just pull forward towards the front of the car and the rear lifted upwards. Watch out for the speaker and light wires.

If you're very lucky, you'll remove it without taking off the door kick plate. But it can be easier to remove that sill plate first. Also the three press studs on the front edge down the B-post are very still. Try and feel for them and use a trim removal tool or similar to lever them out carefully.
