AVO UK offer a kit for the X150, Quantum, also UK based offered a kit and Spires were working on a kit as well. There were a few Asian based companies with options. There’re some nice upgraded Bilstein kits for the X100 but sadly no interest from them for an X150 kit. Frankly anything aftermarket for the X150’s going to be rare, due to limited market and lack of interest there’s little to nothing available and I reckon at the rate the industry’s going it’s likely the X150 will end up dying off as parts become irreplaceable.

The benefit of BC kits for US buyers is their HQ’s in Florida and they offer numerous custom spring rate options.

I just started reading you posts regarding coilover setup as I tried my XKR with only Spires springs on track. After few laps I understood immediately what has to be done.
I already decided to go for BCracin (+purple powerflex) but now I don't understand you last post with link to Hiro coilovers, do you consider them better for track use (+occasional daily) or?

Was simply a reference to another company which offer a kit, as aftermarket for the X150’s quite limited.

How do these compare to their standard BR series? My understanding is those are linear, these are digressive - expect big differences in road bumps at speed with digressive vs linear? More stiffness, less body roll at the top end with linear?

So I called BC Racing, finally got them to answer the phone (took 3 days of trying for that) and they had a custom invoice drafter for me in under 10 minutes. They said there's no reason why they can't get any of the coilovers for these cars, they just never had them listed on their site before 😄🤦‍♂️
The good news is, they're only ~$200 more than the BR series, at a very reasonable $1,445, and the guy said they'll be added to the site shortly so you should be able to find them as well. This is huge news as BC Racing is the primary aftermarket source for coilovers for our cars, and the BR series are a linear setup, which means theoretically more stiffness at the top end of resistance, but a rougher ride over more surfaces. Digressive springs should give you the sharp handling in corners and low speed maneuvers like switchbacks and elevation changes (hills, drops) you expect, while the ride is more even and less harsh at highway speeds.

I'll be pairing these with new poly bushings as per the original post on this thread, and I'm looking forward to the improved handling performance and ride quality!

They literally can custom build anything you'd like and have a variety of custom spring rates as well as Swift brand springs.

Hello.

I'm about to purchase BC coilovers for my Jag XKR-S.

Wonder how you control error code due to the installation of the BC coilovers?

Before dealing with your handling issues?? Well, good luck with that. I’m out of here.
