Hi i want activate Audio Input aux on my XKR 2007.
I've SDD 157 and this :



When i "RUN" audio AUX in recommendation the program run normally but no "Aux" on the screen.
What's my fault ?

We might be able to contribute if you took screenshots at each stage of the process you're following. I read your post in another thread indicating you followed Cambo's directions so it would be helpful to show what you're doing.

Also, could be wrong but that looks like a VCM 2, which are not comparable with Jaguars. Or it's a GNA600+VCM, which are comparable with Ford, Mazda, Honda, LR but not Jaguar that I can find.

Get a DA Dongle, the Jaguar Certified module that's about the same basic design you have there. J2534 is the part number. About a hunnerd bucks. Mongoose cables are upwards of $300. MAngoose cables will may fry your ****.

 

Thank's for yours responses. But i use my VCM on only jaguar et i've no problem.
I've initialize TPMS module on my xkr, after fault light, and it's ok now.
I can get DTC too.
I don't understand where is the problem.
I go to post pictures of my tests.

 

I've see this video is the same to active audio aux but here is for service interval -> I choice "Run" near aux audio function and at the end no aux to screen i don't understand where is the problem.

 

Yep, understood. I'd like to see a snapshot of your vehicle shown in the frames from the 22 second interval of the video through the 33 second point. Confirm it's actually reading your VIN and identifying your vehicle.
I could be wrong but I still don't think that VCM is designed for your car and I think that's the issue. Show video of your car please. Or show snapshots - the entire PC screen please including the upper right.

As far as the process, yes, if you're following the process in the video, only selecting Audio Input Aux instead of service interval, it is the correct process.

Without video or pics, I'm not sure anyone can help you.

Maybe im lucky but i used a cheap $40 clone mangoose and it worked just fine and got the aux enabled

Hi guys, i've initalize my module (2 hours and 9 minutes !!) at the three time. The screen is ok now.

 

Hmm so did you figure out what the problem was?

 

When i make reinitialize the module my PC stop and the init is not finish and i've had these sreen.
I initialize again (2h !!) it's ok .
