Default Rare 21K mile 2009 XKR Portfolio Convertible ...

... for sale in Nashville with under 21,000 miles, asking $26,375. Note that the Seller's description has more errors than dogs have fleas. I'm not going to list them here.
2009 XKR Portfolio Convertible For Sale in Nashville

For details about the 2009 XKR Portfolio Convertible, see this old thread:
How Rare Is My 2009 XKR Portfolio Convertible?
You can use this thread to figure out what's wrong with the Seller's ad.

I am not the Seller and this post is not a For Sale ad that should be posted in the Marketplace. I posted this notice here because I know that many prospective purchasers are looking in this Forum.

So an interesting sidenote: this car has the Portfolio labelled kickplate, but it doesn't have the Portfolio badge beneath the XK on the rear...

Yep, one of the things I noticed. That makes me suspect recent rear end damage and not being able to source that Portfolio badge. The Carfax reported "minor damage" in 2019, but wasn't specific.

I have no doubt that it's a real Portfolio model because the wood trim is Rich Oak and the wheels are Selena, both of which were exclusive to the 2009 XKR Portfolio.

Unfortunately, in their myopic view, that’s the only color they used.

So, my 2010 XK doesn't have any Portfolio markings, anywhere, but the vingurus decoder (and the CarFax, for whatever little that's worth) indicate it as a Portfolio.

It's Claret, with 19" Caravela Wheels. Not sure if the wheels are original, but I assume they are. Anyone know of a definitive source where I can determine whether it's actually a Portfolio (I kind of doubt it is).

Edit: Huh--just learned this site has a VIN decoder, which indicates my car is not a Portfolio.

Stuart explains the Portfolio model vs the Portfolio trim package in this thread: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...tfolio-272590/
