Clear indicator lense issue
Hello all
I bought my 99 XKR in 2009. A couple of years later I got the clear indicator lenses to replace the orange ones. They have lasted well but the right hand rear one has a sort of green/yellow tint on the inside. All of the others are fine. I don't think that it is water ingress as apart from that there is no cloudiness in it. I think it could possibly be some of the glue that was used to stick the clear lense to the bulb housing may have perished and got into the casing. Do you think it is worth trying to remove the casing and cutting the lense off, cleaning everything up, reglueing the lense and refit It? Or would I be opening a can of worms?
I know it is a bit OCD but it is bugging me.
Thanks 👍
