Default dented the cross member

It was dark and I was just leaving the parking space when I hit a concrete bumper that I had not seen in front of my car. Tore the plastic the dented the cross member. No damage to radiator.
Is this repairable?

^^ What he said. They may be able to pull out some of that damage. But the more parts that have to come off to get to it, the more it will run up your final bill....
