Default Finally Programmed Garage Door Opener

For programming my Lift Master garage doors, I have tried every conceivable permutation of the various instructions and tips posted here over the years with no luck.
Finally gave up and bought this
Repeater Kit Repeater Kit
, which worked right away. Figured I'd post the success in case somebody else is annoyed with having a remote clipped to the sunvisor.

The instructions for programming the kit are essentially identical to the commonly found recommendation to program the car Homelink with a remote first, then with the door opener. Why that never worked for me, I don't know.

Presumably your Lift Master doors are too new to work with the ancient electronics in the Jaguar and that module works as a bridge between old and new.

My Lift Master/Chamberlain 3/4 HP chain drive made in 2007 circuit board 'crapped-out' so I sent it to guy to repair.
It will retain 8 transmitters of old Jaguar tech so I had to keep it going!
Cost $50 to repair it so I still have all the openers functioning.(I hate change when I don't want it)

Technically only 6 Jaguars are configured to the GDO and TWO handheld transmitters relegated to the Farm Trucks.
