Default Fuel Feed Hose Replacement part

hi all,

What are the options for replacement Fuel Feed hoses?
I have a major leak in the fuel feed hose to the injector.

The hose I pulled off the car today is part # NJA-6053AD (DISCONTINUED)
Further inspections shows one of the internal o rings deteriorated.

I was advised to replace this with part# NJC-6053AA
Our former Jaguar mechanic said they are no longer available and buying a used one is my best option.
https://www.motorcarsltd.com/used-njc6053aa.html

Are there any other options here?

thank you very much!

There are likely many options. My superficial sense is that Jaguar does not let these parts get discontinued unless there are options available (or the part is not that critical altogether).

Look into replacing the o-rings you are talking about if the rest of the part is still safe to use.

Other option is to identify the fitting (by name) and have a custom part made. Maybe take a good picture of the fitting reach out to a race shop for help. This is likely a standard fitting that someone in the know would easily identify. then parts are just an Internet search away.

Last option would be to have the fuel rail re-configured with other (more available) fittings. It would likely involve cutting/brazing for new fittings, as a last resort.

Best of luck, keep us posted.

I've tried checking all of those sites you listed and no luck.
Search for this part reveals - "Unavailable - No Longer manufactured"

I'll keep searching.

thank you!

I agree with you but I keep getting met with this message "Unavailable - No Longer manufactured"
You would think there would be a few options but I have been trying to locate this part for almost a week.

I wonder if changing that O ring is an option.

thanks again!!!

at Ebay he is listed as
