Internal blower motor/fans not working
Both of my climate control blower motors have stopped working. I have checked all the relevant fuses and next step is to get at the motors and contol relays to measure some voltages/control signals.
Car has recently been rust treated underneath and don't know if this could have got in and gummed up the relays etc. All control panel buttons and display works as normal with no fault codes.
Does anyone know the best way to get at either of the blower assemblies to check voltages at the connector, also the blower motor 12v switching relays are located in the "driveshaft tunnel" according to the manual wherever that is???.

A bit more information
I took the car in for some work and at the same time a Dinitrol treatment. The fans were working when went in but noticed not working on way home. Would be a 200+ round trip to take it back, so am hoping for a simple fix, if I can get at the parts to test. At the moment I am thinking both relays not switching 12v to the fan/blower assemblies.
Looking at access options I was thinking maybe via glovebox. When I opened the glovebox there are lots of thread like lumps of black bits, soot like, which I take to be Dinitrol that has got in there, so maybe some has got to the relays and stopped them switching

Horror Story Update
Well I took the car in for some repairs and this is how it came back!!
With the footwell area now dismantled it is clear that the whole of the Climate Control wiring loom/harness has been damaged and cut out, together with the damaged carpet underfelt/insulation, and a cover up repair attempted. This repair has been done with all the damaged colour coded wires being cut out and replaced with all black ones.
Photographic evidence/records have been taken and the AA Legal department is being consulted.
The cover up would have worked had they not fitted wire not up to supplying the current required by the blowers etc. This caused these wires to overheat, catch fire and then melt/fuse, disconnecting the system earth/grounds in the process.
The silly thing is they must have spent longer doing this repair than it would have taken to replace the loom/harness!
If this had occured at speed, with smoke coming from the dash or even catching the car on fire, I hate to think what the outcome might have been.
So now after waiting many weeks for the repair, and paying ££££, I now have a car that is not safe to drive!!

Moderator advice sought about forum policy. Graham (GGG) says OK
For further information I had the work on my car carried out by DESIGNXKR of Andover meant to be specialists in this vehicle
However I have since had this repaired by a fully qualified electrician, as although I was informed that "Kevin will do the repair himself" I do not know his electrical qualifications/background and have no faith or trust in them.
Although asked they didn't feel it necessary to help with any compensation, even though i have saved them expense/time etc, you would have thought anyone with customer/responsibility + care would at least have been willing to pay (if only their cost price) for the new wiring loom cost that I have saved them!
Complete write up of my experience with them to follow and in downloadable format and paperwork will be available at Jaguar meets!!
