Default Need Pinout for 2001 base radio connector

Specifically I need to know what pinouts are used for the front speakers?

Try the elecrical diagrams. There should be a link in the stickies.

I did, there is a 2002 diagram, but it does not match my car.

left front speakers are IC19-3,-8
right side are IC 19-10, -9
IC19 is a 12 pin multilock white connector

left upper, left lower, etc...

IC19-3 is yellow
IC19-8 is yellow/red stripe
IC19-10 is blue/yellow stripe
IC19-9 is blue


pins are numbered on the connector, you may need a magnifying glass

does it look like this

I do not have either of these connectors, mine is a 26 pin yellow connector that says FORD on it.

BTW: Yellow and yellow/Red did not bring on the left front speakers for me.

Anybody got a wiring diagram for a 2001?

U.S. 2001 XKs were delivered with Premium Audio as Standard.

These are Standard and Premium Audio Diagrams:

Thanks, I have the amp, but the diagram shows the speaker wiring into the amp, but not the head unit.
Do you happen to have that wiring diagram?

That yellow 26 pin connector is IC20..and there are no pins on that connector that go to speakers AFAIK.

You will have to tap into IC 15 an 18 pin white multilock 070 at the amplifier in the right side trunk.

There is a harness from radio to amp but I don't know pinouts or audio level outputs on those in -115 pdf above.
