Cars like that will make yours more valuable... eventually. It will end up in a crusher because someday it won't run and no one will want to buy a non-running, hideous-looking car. XK8s are already unusual, and each one that is crushed makes remaining ones incrementally more valuable.

 

I like that color, but I'd never own it. The wheels are what makes that hideous. Add some 20" Black Coventry Whitleys with appropriate tires and it would look a whole lot better.

 

It's certainly not as ugly as the lime green one that was posted a few months ago...
