So my driver's seat is worn, and that fabric above the hinge area is in dire need of fixing.
I can order new leather and have a shop replace.
I can find new seats and just replace.
I found these on FB Marketplace. No real information other than "seats came out of a 4 door jaguar"
They're the same color (cashmere) as my car - and the price is silly cheap ($275, which is less than a quality leather cover). I obviously don't need the rear seats, etc.
Much depends on the year of the seats. The wiring harness connector may not be the same. These seats probably have the adjustable headrest, which may make a difference in the connector. I have no idea if Jag kept the seatbelt tensioner explosive thingy the same through the years, which may also make a difference.
I doubt those seats would fit your car without major modifications. The seat slides & mounting rails for the X100 are flat with both the front and rear screws threading into the floor pan vertically:
On the sedans, the mounting rails have a bracket welded to their front ends at 90 degrees, and the front screws thread in horizontally. See the bracket where screw #13 mounts:
