Default Stuck ECU Housing Upper Cover

I am trying to remove my ECU Housing Upper Cover to gain access to the 02 Sensor Relays, but the cover is stuck on the right side. The left side is free and it will wiggle, but not break free on the right rear area by the screw. Are there any hidden clips or tabs I am not aware of? The right side rear screw had a lot of rust on it. Can the cover rubber gasket be stuck to the plastic housing due to rust between them?
I have tried to wedge them apart, but do not want to break the upper or lower housing.

The HO2S relay is in front of the ECU enclosure:

But there is a housing over the whole assembly, which contains the actual ECU and the relays.

Sorry if I'm being dim here - do you mean the lid - as in the plastic part in the first pic. here (courtesy of hm1)?

The large cover that you have the small ones laying on in the third pic. We are getting closer. Hahaha

The relay you seek is in front of that, though?
It's not shown in that post which is for an ealier car:- it should be in the corner above the row of three on the RHS of the pic.

I am totally wrong. On my wiring diagram I mistaken the wkole area in your photo as the large cover inside, which I now see is the actual ECU. Thank you very much for the clarification. I am suppose to have two additional relays for the 02 sensors, but I don’t see them.
thank you again.
