Don't know the exact thread either, but it's not a hard job and since you are in the US , you should be able to get one from Rock Auto pretty cheap. While you are at it ( unless you have done these items before ) change the upper and lower rad hoses and serpentine belt...again neither is a bad job and parts from Rock Auto are cheap

Hi,
Jaguar part # is AJ88912, available from SNG:
https://www.sngbarratt.com/us/#!/Eng...0-34da94e2a1ff
...but it's pricey @ $200+. They offer an aftermarket for considerable less.
Some (including me) have used AC Delco 252-800 which can be had for around $50 from Amazon US:
although there is some banter around plastic vs metal impellers, e.g.(courtesy EZDriver):

Femacon,
Don't get confused by the type of impeller, let me explain. Defective stock pumps had a black plastic blade that disintegrated. As I recall they were only on cars more than 18 years old now (it's 2018). The TSB can confirm that. I bet all the defective ones are purged from stock everywhere.
I brought that up because you will find some replacements with a white plastic impeller, some with metal, others with black. Don't worry because your new pump has a black blade.
As I recall there was some discussion about one of the type of blade's impeller being less efficient because of cavitation (may have been metal in the discussions, not sure). From reading the numerous discussions about aftermarket replacements in the last 4 years, it appears that this is not worth worrying about. Looks like all the fan blades work just fine on any of the new models.
One more thing: Some of the pumps come with a gasket, some are designed to be self sealing without one (I have one of these as a matter of fact). Just didn't want you to get a headache if you open yours and find no gasket.
I hope this ties it up. Oh yeah - when pulling the old one, don't forget to loosen the pulley's bolts before you take off the belt.

Aftermarket water pumps with metal impellers were in favour during the early days of the XK8 when the first generation of OE Jaguar impellers were breaking up. This hasn't happened with OE Jaguar pumps for a very long time and aftermarket metal impellers are known to wear faster than OE or aftermarket plastic ones.

So I replaced my 99 xk8 water pump and the plastic coolant pipe you must take off as well..the gaskets cannot be reused, so buy one of those as well....go to amazon, search 1999 jaguar xk8 water pump and see what you get, mine was $37.00 then and it was a fine piece of kit.....the coolant pipe was more, but not much. that plastic pipe is the one that has the sensor in it and several outlets....above the water pump...and it came with the rubber gaskets and sensor. Not a hard job, the hood actually bends back/forward when you remove the catched on the prop rods, with that lean there is plenty of room to work...takes a few hours but worth it ....there is a plastic plug that screws into the radiator on the passenger side, well hidden, remove that and the coolant comes out, if you don't want to change the coolant you can just remove a bit when you take off the parts and replace it later, use a catch can. best of luck.

Here my comments my metal impellers and cavitation https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...dation-107722/
Another reason against metal impellers is electrolysis erosion if you don't change coolant type:
