Default What color is the Trans Fluid in the XK8 Automatic?

I know,, dumb question, but I have only had the car a few weeks. Its a 2001 XK8 Conv. 4.0 Auto Trans. I got all the improvements on the engine done. The Trans was rebuilt when the previous owner had it 3000 miles ago. The car runs great in every way. However, after taking it out for a drive, I noticed a few drops of fluid in the garage. I checked it and its a red/pinkish color. Its about the middle of the car so, that made me think transmission. However some people have told me trans fluid for this car is a different color. like I said, the car runs and drive great! The only thing different than the past, is that today was over 100 degrees out. But I;m not sure that would mean much. I tried to look under the car, but lets face it, these are pretty low cars! I could see anything. I'm going to get tires in a couple of days. So hopefully they will let me look under it while its on the rack. Anyway, what color are the fluids in this car?

The only dumb question is the one you don't ask.

The others fluids are:

Power Steering fluid: RED - Dexron III
Engine Oil: a delightful translucent GOLD. If the vehicle has been serviced on schedule, it should still be this colour when it's changed.
Brake fluid: GOLDEN
Coolant: ORANGE - extended life coolant

ESSO 71141 is about the same color as engine oil. If someone rebuilt the gearbox it is anyone's guess what fluid is now in the unit.
Coolant can look pinkish and the heater supply and return hoses under the engine intake are known faults as is the 'octopus' hose for the heater above the gearbox bellhousing.
