Default F type wood interior modifications

Are there any wood interior mods available for the F type. Steering wheel, dash etc? I'm looking at buying a new one but I miss the interior of the XK. I think at present it looks like a Ford or an Audi. So it's down between an f type or a Merc SL.

I check the interwebz for F-Type accessories, mods, interior tweaks etc at least once a week and I've never found any woodgrain interior bits, so I'm pretty sure none exist.
But it shouldn't be that hard to get various bits wrapped in woodgrain, except the steering wheel, the only hassle would be figuring out how to remove and refit the various trim bits without breaking clips!

Don’t think you will find any aftermarket wood trim products. Wood generally doesn’t go with the character of the F Type, and I think the majority of customers who buy this car aren’t really “wood” people, it’s a bit older generation in my view.

The center console trim comes off in minutes - your best bet would probably be a wood wrap.

I don't think there are a lot of opportunities in the F cabin to swap out to wood trim besides the ones that have options for carbon/black/natural aluminium and I think a wood steering wheel would just look well, odd. But then I have never understood the whole wooden steering wheel appeal. Too old but not old enough maybe ;-) As some have said, it's probably not a viable commercial market for third parties. Sadly the wood trim was one of the things that put me off an XK(R) when I wanted to move from the XFR to a coupe.

Good luck!

The wood and leather in the XK was indeed luxurious. The MB dealer was washing mine as a courtesy and remarked the interior was like a yacht. The F is definitely not yacht-like, but the interior has improved enormously since introduction. But I suppose with enough $$ anything is possible. I once saw a brand new Boxster being re-upholstered because the owner thought the factory leather was inferior. If you loved the XK, in all honesty I think the SL is closer to it than the F. Maybe an E Cab? Ian C was right there needs to be an XK replacement,

911, That is really quite nice. I complement you on the sensitive color selection. My MB has black ash, and obviously piano black is quite popular. There may be more opportunities here than I originally realized.

I have always loved the beautiful burl walnut in many British cars, Jaguar especially. I would love to upgrade the boring plastic in my F-Type SVR with some nice wood, but I haven't seen any options around either.

As a side note, I did hydrodip some plastic on a 2017 GMC Sierra and it looked pretty good - at least I thought it did
