Stuart was kind enough to offer a group discount on Velocity AP's valvetronic exhaust in a different thread, but wanted to make sure to get the word out.

So far we have two interested parties, we need to get 3 more takers to get the 30%.

30%!, C'mon gents, that makes the system downright affordable. Besides you could likely sell the stock unit and recoup a portion of the new system cost.

Which specific exhaust is this? There's several right?

 

I initially requested it for the adjustable valvetronic exhaust, but Stuart is such a great guy I bet he's ok with including any of his other exhaust systems as part of the group buy.

I'll get clarification from him as we get more members on board.

 

I may also join but I am waiting for them to make a sound clip of their valvetronic exhaust for the v6s

Stuart informs me that the V-6 valved system prototypes are being fine tuned, so we can't get a sound clip for those just yet.

Good news is we have 4 members in the group buy, and if we get one more, we'll get the 30% off.

Is this exhaust for the V6 or both V6 and V8?

 

My understanding is they are finalizing the valvetronic (adjustable - with quiet mode) exhaust for the v-6. The V-8 one has already been competed and instaled by some members.

Our group buy should cover either the v-6 or the v-8 system.

 

That sounds great. I assume that is in the open position. This now has me thinking about this for my car. Would love to hear clips of it accelerating and decelerating on the road. Just a little nervous with this being the very first ones for the V6 models. But a 30% discount is hard to pass up.

 

Any chance of increasing the 30% discount for more than 5 people???

Are both these clips of the R without a tune and just the valvetronic racing/touring exhaust (I PM'd zoomthg for confirmation, but no word).



I really would like for my exhaust to fully break-in (900 miles on the clock) before making a decision.

Just to clarify - this group buy is for the V8 Valvetronic version only. The V6 one is not included. If you're interested in a V6 one email me as we will be looking for someone to fit the next one which has a couple of revisions. There will be similar pricing on this, but it's separate from the group buy.

 

I believe it has the tune on at that point, but it is just the valvetronic exhaust, no sport cats.

 

It's both open and closed. The first clip is the stock exhaust, if you click on the little right arrow that appears when you mouse over the image it will then play the 'after' video.
