I am a very happy Jag s-type 2005 owner. Picked up the car last Friday with only 36,000 Km on the clock and have not stopped grinning since. Coming from a 13 year old Toyota Corolla I am really appreciating all the little luxurys the car offers such as:

- adjusting the steering wheel when I get in and out of the car
- inbuilt sat-nav
- leather seats and steering wheel
- auto lights even when I go in and out of parking stations
- smooth suspension

Thanks for the welcomes all. Yes it is a time capsule. Very lucky to have it with such low milage. Will be taking it for a complete service within the week to rectify any issues including dust boot replacement.

I am pretty sure the previous owner moth balled it for a while. I will definitely driving it for a while on the weekends.

Follow Norri's link in post #7 to the S-Type forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
