Default Hello my fellow Jagsmen!!

Over the last few months I've been doing research on the Jaguar XJ8 the XJR. I love the body styles between 04 and 09. I am in strongly considering and oh for from a used dealership the car currently has a hundred and thirty-five thousand miles. Of course the claims to be meticulously and routinely maintenanced. I was hoping for some feedback and tips for buying this high mileage beauty

Welcome to the forum Taje Ware,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

I wouldn't worry about high miles on a Jaguar IF it has the documentation to backup the claimed service history. Any structural accident damage to the aluminium bodied models is a big concern even when repaired by an approved Jaguar bodyshop and usually a reason to walk away. When assessing a potential purchase, remember Jaguar trim parts are often very expensive and missing or damaged items need to be factored into the price.
