Cool Help please.

Need help please. I have an 04 x type 3.0. Love the car but having small issues. Need to do a tune up and I need to replace my ignition coils. I've been doing my research and I keep coming across differences in coil pack so I got the info off the coil thats in my car. Part # 1x4312029ab or 0997000620.
The first part #when I look up the number is saying it's for an S type on one site and I have a X type.
I guess I just need some help on where to get what I need?
Car has over 100,000 miles on it and I'm getting misfire codes on 4 out of 6 cylinders. And 1 or 2 codes for air flow.
My second issue is while driving on the interstate when I get up to 75 mph I noticed once I get to 3000 rpm's my car has a jerking or hesitation and I have to keep under 3000 rpm's.
Or when I let off the gas to turn a corner when I go to accelerate it kicks into gear.
My thinking was tune up replace plugs and coils and get the engine light codes reset.
Am I on the right track or do I need a different approach?
