Default New XKR owner from Chicago

Hi all,

I am awaiting the delivery of my 2013 XKR coupe in black. It was suppose to arrive today but may not get in until tomorrow. This might be a good thing as it would be a pain to drive with snow and slush on the ground.

I look forward contributing to the forum and most importantly enjoying the new ride!

Welcome to the forum bobby_xkr,

Good to have you with us at Jaguar Forums.

From the reports I read in the Tribune earlier in the week, you won't be wanting to drive your new XKR in the present conditions.

Follow this link XK / XKR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the XK/XKR forum for help, advice and information.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You can also visit the US Mid West Region forum by following this link Mid West US - IL IN IA MI MN MO OH WI - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum
to find other members in your country.

Enjoy the forums.

Graham

Drove the xk8 with its Blizzak snows the other day on snow covered roads here and it actually performed pretty well

Thanks for the welcome everyone.

My Jag arrived, and wow is all I have to say after hearing its growl. Looking forward to driving it when the weather is better.
