Does a SDD Programming Subscription give access to the Recommendations that appear in the SDD application - or do I need to have a separate Topix documentation subscription for this?

 

Maybe I should add that this would be a fully compliant SDD installation on a Windows 7 Professional system with an up to date versions of SDD and all the correct firewall bypass settings.

Maybe nobody uses the official JLR subscription version of SDD? I used a non subscription version when reprogramming my XE so that the clock would at last be accurate - but found that I was unable to read the Recommendations part of SDD. I suspect that these documents are part of Topix but may be included in the official Programming Subscription.
Incidentally, although I have included my car in my profile I cannot see any way to add a signature to my posts.
Please tell.

 

I have found the signature place ! Another question is whether a post can be edited for a short period after it is posted.

 

welcome to the forum - yes posts can be edited by the original poster for up to 30 minutes after posting. You should see a button on the bottom right to allow editing. Once that time has passed a moderator or admin will need to edit, enjoy!!
