2007 front defroster not working
Just bought this car:
2007 S-Type, 4.2 with Nav System.
Defroster was blowing air fine. Today (windshield was frosted) I cannot get air to blow on the windshield. All switches are functioning (lighting up) just nothing blowing on the windshield. Were should I start?
Thanks,
Brett

Reading on - JaguarClimateControl.com my problem doesn't seem to be a "symptom" of the DCCV. All other vents were functioning. Just seems like the defrost vents weren't opening up
You are right. It's not a DCCV problem. Any chance it's something simple like the defrosters are blocked somehow?
I think you need a dealer to cycle all the doors in the system to see if they respond correctly. I don't think you can do this with a standard scanner like the ELM327. Sounds like a dealer will be required.
It's a rare problem so please post back when you find the problem.

I have that same problem with my jag the defrost don't blow air on the windshield a mechanic advise to check the fuses #75#80and #99 under the driver side dash to desconnect the battery for 20 min to make a electrical reset,
