Default fuel filler

annoying little problem everytime i fill up with petrol the pump keeps clicking off after 10 secons so as you can imagine it takes me ages to fill up, what would be the problem?

its not the petrol pumps because its done it at all different pumps so its the car, just not sure what id need to replace?

Mine does that a bit too. I don't know why these cars seem particularly sensitive, but I find pulling the nozzle back slightly while filling helps. And with some pumps I just have to "throttle" the flow until it decides to behave itself. It can be a little annoying.

must have a tight bend that restricts the flow, maybe someone can come up with a design to reroute the filler line with less aggressive bends

I think the vapour in the tank that gets displaced is meant to flow through the carbon canister but if that doesn't happen the pump sees it instead and cuts off the fuel. So you're looking at something wrong in the canister path.

I find twisting the pump to the side helps on the few occasions it's happened to me
