Default Interchanging Jag wheels?

I'm looking at getting a second set of rims for my 2010 Jag XF SC for the winter tires. I currently have the OEM 20inch staggered Selenas (8.5/9.5inch) that came with the car and I need something similar (I already have the winter tires).

So, three questions:
1) Assuming I stick with 20 inch staggered, what other Jag rims will fit the 2010 XF SC?

2) I like the 20 inch staggered Senta. Found a set from an XKR that are 5x108, 20inch and 8.5wide front, 9.5 wide rear. So appear the same. But on the Jag catalogue the front Senta wheels for XF and XKR have the same P/N, whereas the rear wheels have different part numbers. Am wondering if they make two almost identical wheels with different offsets for the two models?

3) Is there a simple database showing the size, detailed specs and fitment of Jag wheels on the various Jag models - I've not been able to find one

Any thoughts and guidance welcome...

1) good question, but anything with same offsets should work, Nevis from XFR for instance
2) yes
3) maybe, need to look on the forum through search or maybe stickies
I used my staggered 20 Selenas for a dedicated winter set with 255 all around and purchased a set of staggered 8.5, 10 X 20's with oem Dunlops. I bought custom bored Savini BM3's with more aggressive offsets to flush wheels with outside of fenders. This was less expensive than trying to find Jag setup. There was a nice set of Mativas on the forum classifieds but I don't recall rear offsets. I really like that style and is rare. I will look at putting 295's on rear when I get new rubber.

If it were me, I would downsize to 18" rims and a higher profile, narrower snow tire for better winter driving. Wide tires in the winter are not your friend.

Not sure 18's would clear the larger brakes on S/C Jags.

They will clear the 355 mm front calipers but not the 380 mm.
AFAIK all XFRs have the 380 mm front calipers but some S/C have the 355.
Easiest way to check what you have is to take a front wheel off and have a close look at the caliper, both the 380 and 355 have the number stamped into the caliper.

I have some staggered MRR HR9 for sale, brand new. They have been unmounted and I can get discount tire to verify they were brand new with no mileage on them.

Thanks everyone for the input. On the question of downsizing the wheel, as OzXFR says, that's not possible on the SC due to brake caliper size - none of the 18inch wheels appear to fit, and the same is true for most of the 19inch wheels too.

Specifically regarding the Sentas from an XK, the answer appears to be that they will not fit my supercharged XF. Although they are 20", staggered, 5x108 (just like my XF), the offsets are the issue. They are the same on the front 8.5inch wheels (49mm). However the Senta back wheels for XK appear to be 26mm offset, vs 66mm offset on a staggered setup XF SC - so a long way out...

Back to looking around...

I believe the Xk's had the offsets on the rear change from 26 to something in the 4o's. Someone on the XK forum should know. Did you check out the Mativa's?

I was planning to buy a 5.0 S/C in 2012- I wasn't a fan of the Dracos, and also needed to run winter tires, so I looked into the OEM options; here is what I found at the time: The OEM 20" staggered sets with correct offsets for the XF were Nevis, Draco, Selena, and Volans; the XK staggered sets do not work as the rear offsets don't match. I favored Volans at the time, though they are a bit Golf/GTI-ish in design. I was planning on running 19" wheels (square setup) in the winter, and the OEM designs with adequate clearance for the S/C brakes were Tamana and Auriga. I ended up buying a 5.0 N/A, so this information is just based on my research, not on actually running these wheels; but hopefully it is a helpful start.

Yes - you're right that 2010 onwards XKR had a different offset. I was looking at a set of Selena's from a 2008 model which had the 26mm offset on the rear unfortunately.
The Mativa's sold already - but they were 1/2 inch wider front and rear than I wanted - and the rear offset was a bit too small. Apparently they are not considered a fit for the XF - maybe due to the offset.

This is very helpful - thanks for sharing. Good to know which 19inch would fit as well - if i could go back I'd prob downsize to 19inch for winter, but was struggling to get a clear view on what wheels would fit over the brakes.

Ok, posted this other places, but one more won't hurt. As late as 2014, XFs could use wheels from S-Types, X-Types, later XJs, and some XKs. I would believe that brake rotor diameter would be the defining feature as to what wheels could be used on any particular car.

Pab, thanks for the post but do you know what the actual offsets are for each model and wheel?
