Where are you smelling it? Can you find any place where it's stronger?

Could be a bad cell in the battery.

Rotten egg smell = sulphur dioxide.
Commonly happens when a catalytic converter stops working properly.

Apparently you can get a smell like that when the AC drain tubes get blocked and water backs up. Think you can clean them yourself although I don't know details of how best to access it

In the spirit of starting where it's easiest, have you replaced your cabin air filter? They sometimes will get wet and moldy and can make that smell. Honestly, I haven't replaced mine since owning this car, so I'm not sure where it is, but I know this is a common issue to all cars.

To be clear before you start changing batteries or cabin filters,..Where do you smell this odor?..Inside the car or outside by the exhaust? and when an how do you smell it?..i.e., environmental control settings, car running, at start up, or after a run to the local *** shop and back, etc.
