Now they show $850 and 50+ HP gains!
BUT he has a "Full Tilt" option for another $400 so it's still really about $1200 more if you want bling as he will power coat the blower any color you want for addition charges.
Jaguar TVS1900 Blower Porting
This guy is in IL, only 1.5 hrs from me. Maybe we can get a group buy thing going and Ill take everyones there.

Would be interested in seeing proven (dyno or other metric) of how this helps. I can't imagine there being a lot left on the table from the manufacturer but I have seen porting work wonders on other applications (heads, manifolds, TB, etc).

Also curious about TB, and to that effect, what sort of tuning needs to be done after TB, Porting, Pulley combo.

I'm at a cousin-in-law's wedding on the North Carolina Coast for the weekend, so I'll have to wait to respond in much depth to these great posts, but I think I'm going to go ahead and order the the VAP cats. Anyone have any much experience with these? Better than modular test pipes? I was hoping to do the supercharger porting while I have it off, so I might still do it with someone - maybe Jokerz, as the pricing seems a lot more aggressive.

Additionally, I got an email response from "Greg Kong" at Kong Performance. I've read a lot of great things about his CNC porting on a lot of the other car boards. Here's what he had to say in response to my question about whether he offers porting on our TVS R1900 blowers, which isn't advertised on his website: "We actually are just starting to offer this service now which is why it is not on the site, but it is something we are offering now. Cost for the CNC porting is $1275. If you would like to get this service completed, let me know and I can send over an invoice. Or if you have any other questions please let me know! Thank you!"

Yes great info!
Benjamin Jerome Smith I will be following your mods with much envy!
Do you data log IAT's when racing? It would be interesting to see at what temperature the car starts pulling back?
