Hi
I have a 96 XJR UK spec The battery was disconnected then when the battery was reconnected a few weeks later the O/S/R window dropped about 3/4 and will not go up with the drivers front or rear switches
Any advice would be appreciated

Try a hard reset again?

If you have 'global-opening/global-closing' you can use the key in the door lock and lock the car and HOLD until the windows and sliding roof close.
