I'm going to replace the primary tensioners and rails.

My question is what is the procedure to remove the radiators?

I'm thinking ( I know what this often leads to....) that removing the radiators will give much better general access and will give more room to to remove the crank pulley.

 

Just pull the fan assy.

Put a piece of sheet metal or thin plywood to protect the rad fins.
