My logic is.... Jaguar parts are expensive enough to start with.
Why would you want to purchase parts for a bespoke, hand made sports/ GT car that sold for a premium of about 50-60% above an XK8 ?

Erm, no. A DB7 shares DNA with the previous generation, the XJS, which in turn shares with the older XJ6s. XJ8 has different front and rear suspension.
