Here's the Jaguar recommendation:

Odd that belt changes are only MILEAGE based in this 2010 document. The current equivalent document 2019 document gives:

every 7 YEARS or 105K MILES for the supercharger belt
every 10 YEARS or 150K MILES for the accessory belt

George, on the accessory belt, they dont give way like the belts of before, there is ample warning.
I would replace only if you saw cracks and it was making noise.

I have regretted replacing serpentine belts on other cars unnecessarily as I have never found one as good of quality as oem belt.
Where the original has lasted a decade, I found myself replacing the aftermarket ones every 3 years.

NO - oil pump is driven by an auxilliary chain and the submersible electric fuel pump is mounted directly on the tank.

I thought he referred to the HIGH pressure pumps. Me, I have No Idea how those are driven, other by engine rotation.

George you've probably charged people to change their wiper arm belt- metaphorically speaking, and now the rooters are coming home.

High pressure pumps are driven by timing chain.
