Would love to see pictures of all of your beautiful cars in one sticky thread. Moderators?

 

Hey there, thanks for the suggestion.

Unfortunately, stickies are there for thew more important aspects of the forum......although this would be a "nice" thread to have with lots of stunning pics no doubt, its not necessary.

The best idea would be to create a new thread " XK / XKR stance and picture thread" or similar.

Please post pics of your XK / XKR here showing her freshly detailed / gleaming with any mods / lowered etc for our viewing pleasure etc etc..........

It wouldn't be made sticky but keep hitting it, new posts bumping it up etc and it'll always be there or threrabouts

 

I agree... Most forums have such picture threads as stickies since so many people value them. But if we need to start by populating this thread let's get started.

I will go first with my new 11' XKR... I will post more when I take delivery.

 

What could be more important than what the cars LOOK like? :-)

These are a couple of pix taken by my sister in the UK. The XKR is on its way here (NZ). Should arrive 17th May. Will put more up once it arrives. Great idea for a thread.

 

I think it's really cool whenever I see pics of ultramodern cars in front of the old houses and mansions in England, etc

 

My first thought after reading the first post was that why a sticky thread when few people on this site mod their XK. The first few pics demonstrate that although the cars look nice, you're just gonna get lots of pics of stock looking cars. Over and over.
This is just my opinion but stickies are no fun if all the cars are stock.

It can be made more fun if you add an interesting element....like a pic of the owner or pretty girls or your wife/girlfriend.

What % tint have you gone for, looks great. When mine arrives i want to tint to protect from sunlight etc.
