Default 2003 XK8 - 4.2 Intake Manifold removal? Valley Hoses

Good morning, I just completed the thermostat housing and water pump replacement and with my luck the hoses under the manifold decided to ruin my upcoming weekend trip to the NC Zoo with the Carolina Jaguar Club.
I need to prove this cat 🐆 wrong, he is going to the zoo!
Does anyone has a link with information on an easier way to remove the intake manifold so I can replace these two hoses? Please 🙏

The neverending story...

Leaks everywhere, first, one of the clamps and a one way check valve, then water pump, then thermostat and now under manifold hoses...

And an action video...

Cleaning the area some and leaving it ready for tomorrow. Hopefully I can find everything I need to put back together.

Nice job of getting that all cleaned up in a short period of time. Finding everything you need to put it back together will be a challenge but you are up to it from what I see.
Don't forget to clean the bottom of the knock sensors, they don't like getting wet.

I already have one of the hoses and the intake manifold gasket set. The other hose i should be picking up by 10:30am. Hopefully the JagRag will be running again Thursday night. Plan to drive it to work Friday and to the Gathering of the Jaguars at the NC Zoo on Saturday.
Wish me luck 🤞

Project on hold again, some of the manifold bolts were hard to remove and never paid attention to them till today and found some damaged threads and two bad bolts.
Salvage yard trip tomorrow. Have to clean the threads or repair if necessary and finish this up.

Got hoses in place already & gaskets

I finally finished. Had problems with the manifold bolts and the threads on the head. If you ever do this job make sure to clean the threads on the bolts and head. I almost damage the threads on one bolt hole.

Only use this type of gaskets, they clamp to the manifold, there is no way to line up a loose gasket like the one felpro makes for our car.

Manifold bolted down, then the throttle body elbow. Need small hands to complete this part or it will take a long time. Like it did for me.

Ready to wash hands, reconnect battery, start up, bleed air from cooling system and test drive.

Great job and it sure sounded nice and quite this morning.
Thanks for stopping by on the way to the Zoo, always a treat.
Even the deer wanted to see what the Jaguar was doing in the yard.
