Default Amazed Again!

It's been a year, I know, I should do better, since I used the Jag. Moved a couple of times to get to the heating and water heater.
It did struggle for the first start up, but ran great on the old gas. Went straight to the service station and added 3 gallons of high test.
To the inspection station and waited, of course. No issues and stopped by the DMV. Short line, two spots in front of me the computers go down for 1 hour 15 minutes. I sure wasn't going to give up my spot, glad I didn't.
Car did have some flat spots on the tires but after a good run on a long road at 45 MPH took care of that.
Loved it, must do it more often.
Well, between covid being around and prostrate cancer radiation it was a long year.

Here's a man with priorities sorted. 6 lines on the Jaguar and 1 line for the Pandemic and a serious health issue.

Good to hear you both passed inspection.

Indeed! As we say goodbye to a joyous close family friend who will lose his battle with stomach cancer later next week, even small victories such as this should be considered victories.

Well done Wayne. Now, go exercise that XK8 on a regular basis. As you know, it would make for a great run to and from the golf course....

especially if the golf course is 500 miles away. These cars love long distance jaunts the best.

Glad you both made it thru what was a 'Challenging' year for you. As I keep telling my wife, "Old things may take a little longer to get up and running, but it is always worth the effort in the end."

Had my own share of health issues this year as well. Glad to hear you emerged victorious on both fronts!
