The long awaited day finally arrived!
I am sharing with the X100 forum some personal news after getting the go ahead from Graham.
After 9 years of higher education, 5 of them on a bachelors degree, 4 years in dental school, a lot of sacrifice, perseverance, passion and dedication, and the countless sleepless nights that I studied, the mornings when I would wake up in the library or the simulation lab, 1 hurricane, the loss of a father, the earthquakes, protests, school accreditation renewal, and a pandemic, I can now conclude this marathon by saying I finally did it.
Yesterday, I accomplished my dream and graduated from Dental School. I am now officially Dr. Giandanielxk8.

***** CONGRATULATIONS *****
Although you have referred to it occasionally over the years in posts and PM's, I hadn't realised just how long it has taken. It has certainly been a marathon and a triumph of perseverence.
Graham
Wonderful news Gian, so happy for you and Yes you survived a lot of obstacles, good man.
Hope you can relax for a bit but I'm sure you are ready to start your practice, we look forward to you doing great things for your area.

Well done....
Now, just be sure not to daydream while working on your patients and wind up confusing a root canal procedure with a shock mount removal....

Congratulations, Doctor!
Our daughter recently completed her doctorate in psychology, so I have a pretty good idea of the dedication and perseverance you have exhibited and the sacrifice you have endured.
Well done!!!!! You should be very proud of yourself!!!!!
I'll have to make a list of the dental tools I use in car repair so we can exchange ideas!
Cheers,
Don

Congratulations, "Doctor Gian"!!!! You worked hard and deserve all the accolades. Come up to S.W. Fla. and I will supply the Rum to celebrate.
I can always use a cleaning, and general exam.

Thanks guys!
Sam, I could certainly take you up on that rum.
Don, great minds think alike. I have also used dental tools when working with the XKR. Haha! You must be a very proud father, congrats to your daughter on her PsyD!
Jon, now that would be something funny. The poor patient would certainly be horrified to suddenly feel their dentist become ham-fisted.
Wayne, I can’t wait to relax in a few weeks when I’m done with the licensure exam. However, even so, I already feel like a huge weight has been taken off of my shoulders.
Graham, time surely flies. It only feels like it was yesterday that I graduated from high school. It has been 10 years since already!
Charlie, you’re right! But the two X100s never felt like an obstacle, just a hobby.

Well done on a personal milestone. Working through a small orifice - the mouth - probably makes the X100 fuel pump job seem easy for you.
As for life tools - drills, mirrors and picks come in handy in all walks of life.
Hope you partied hard to celebrate - you deserve it.
