Default Mystery part below seat belt in rear side panel

Hello
Does anyone know the purpose and part numbers to the passenger and driver side of this part pictured below. It is right under the seat belt on the side panels above the rear speakers. It appears to function to hold the seat belt back to make easier for passenger to get into the back seat both are cracked.

Looks like item 11 "seat belt webbing retainer" part # depends on colour.

Adding your car details to your sig would be helpful!

Norri - You never cease to amaze me. HTH do you get the exact, perfect, exploded diagram up so fast? Incredible.

You have no idea how helpful those things are. Like when you're going nuts trying to figure out where the damn washer you found goes, only to see that there IS NO WASHER in the assembly. Nice.

Great Job - Thanks.

I need the same part for my 98 XK8 conv. Jaguar PN: GJA2447AAAGD. I checked with several dealers earlier today, and none of them had it in stock. Everyone I spoke to said no dealers in the USA have them. Any suggestions where I might check?
