Default The next Einstein is in our midst...well done, Sabrina!

Folks,

One of the esteemed members of our XK8 forum is Sabrina. She's a young woman who knows a good bit about her car, and well, several other things. I remember her posting a few things about her plane, her progress through school, etc.

Have a look at this article.
We have a star...and perhaps a new Einstein...in our midst.

Keep it up, Sabrina...and godspeed from all of your Jaguar friends!

Saw that article myself and thought the same thing. Hopes she drops by the forum sometime soon to see we haven't forgotten her, and stand in awe of her achievements.
Regards,

"But unless you’re the kind of rabid physics fan who’s seen her papers on semiclassical Virasoro symmetry of the quantum gravity S-matrix and Low’s subleading soft theorem as a symmetry of QED, you may not have heard of Pasterski."

Of course everyone has read those, but she's part of the forum too.

I also remember her well from her sporadic posts here in the XK8 section when she was still a teenager....

If she can spare the time I would appreciate her assistance with my S-Type's current ABS / DSC issue. She'd probably have it diagnosed and fixed in less than 15 minutes....

Of course. If it's on the internet it must be true!

Do you still have your Jag?

Steve, I'm in awe of you. All I can see is a group of big words strung together, to form a sentence that means absolutely nothing to us mere mortals, and it takes really clever people to do that.

Superb Sabrina, have to admit I'm more than a little in awe of your achievements to date, but then of course you're a Jaguar owner........
We always knew you had smarts.....

Sabrina---top notch and great to hear of your success. Just one question---Why MIT? Sorry, but I just couldn't resist---my son is a Caltech grad.

Well, Sabrina just got a plug from George Takei on FaceBook. Reposting the article on her. She is on her way to the stars!

"she’s not on Facebook, LinkedIn or Instagram and doesn’t own a smartphone."

Apparently, Sabrina has no need to carry a pocket computer... it's in her brain.
Hope she gets another Jag someday.

Best wishes,
