Default OBD Plug location?

Dumb question. Just tried to locate the OBD plug-in under my dash(left hand drive). Could not locate it, and no where in the owners hand book is it listed.
HELP??

Thx.

Just wondering,

is there supposed to be a decorative plate covering the OBD-II plug location ?

I would doubt that there is a plate since I have to lay on my head to even view it.
I would be curious if there is one.

ALL OBDII plugs in North American spec cars must be at least 18" from the steering wheel by law.

Thx All. I was looking more inboard. Getting on my head under the steering wheel is no longer an option.

I went through the interior parts catalog thoroughly a while back looking for missing bits. There is no specified cover for the port or surrounding pocket area.
