New member... Looking for my 1st Jag this spring
Hello everyone!
My name is Eric... Just registered here and hoping to contribute to the Jaguar forum community in the near future!
I currently drive a 2012 Buick Regal GS (6MT}. Clean car, great sedan/couple styling and German engineering. 2.0T with tune offers decent grunt as well!
I live in Kitchener Ontario, Canada
I'm ready to move up...
In the market for a low Km 2012 XK-R, preferably black and maybe with the black/performance package. Definitely with the 20" wheels (or actually all options).

So, looking at a 2012 XKR, the dealer isn't 100% on the options...specifically the adaptive headlights and adaptive exhaust. There are 2 buttons just forward of the parking brake, a chequered flag and a button that looks like a dial gauge... Anyone care to explain what they are?
Anyway to know if it has the adaptive headlights without driving it?
Thanks

So if equiped, it would also open the exhaust valves as well? So no way of knowing if this model has that option unless I drive it?
ALS. ..that's an interesting feature .never heard of that one before.

You can download XK Owner's Handbooks and Quick Start Guides for 2009 to 2012 Model Years here:
http://www.jaguar.co.uk/owners/handb...k-library.html
They cover 'all options'.
